U.S. Ski & Snowboard age classifications are based on the athlete’s age as of 12/31/26.
The Alpine U6/U8 program is designed to introduce young athletes to alpine ski racing in a fun, supportive, and team-oriented environment. Athletes will focus on developing strong skiing fundamentals, confidence, and mountain awareness.

Athlete Requirements:

Maintain an active U.S. Ski & Snowboard membership and Pennsylvania Alpine Racing Association (PARA) memberships.

Membership fees and all race-related expenses, including race entries, are separate from Blue Mountain program tuition.

Athletes are required to hold a valid Blue Mountain season pass





SEASON TRAINING PREVIEW
To be eligible to join as a U6, you must be age 5 by 12/31/26.
U8 is a racing program for athletes ages 6-7 to develop ski racing skills.
Age-appropriate training schedule focused on skill development, confidence building, and introducing athletes to competitive skiing experiences.
Weekend Training Schedule:

Christmas Camp: Blue Mountain Resort
Season:
The season runs from 12/12/26 through 2/28/27, weather- and terrain-dependent.
